But their manual process for mining their sales data and sending the emails was time consuming and subject to error. With a different customised MS Access database for every product, our client had serious problems with duplicate data entry, multiple reports and complicated software maintenance. With a new consolidated database structure and user interface from Compros, our customer saved time and money and made things easier for all their staff. And we threw in some new features to really add value to the project.

Many companies run reports on their databases overnight to minimise the impact on their day-to-day data processing. Our client came to us with a SQL database and reports written in Crystal. With some data wizardry, Compros reduced the report production time to under a minute so that reports could be run on demand at any time.
